1. Who is responsible
This site belongs to Suzanne Gallegos of Real Broker, LLC. It runs on ONE, a service of VIP-50 LLC, which hosts it for Suzanne Gallegos.
2. What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, email, mobile number, your message, and for a home value request the address and when you are thinking of selling.
- If you choose to hear from Suzanne Gallegos: the words you agreed to, the time, the page, your IP address and your browser, kept as proof of that choice.
- Two first-party cookies that remember how you first found this site and how you came back (for example a search engine or an ad). They are set for this address only.
- If you sign in to save homes or searches: your email address, the homes and searches you save, and when. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email; with Facebook, when that is offered, only your email address and Facebook's number for your login, which lets the account be deleted when you remove the app in Facebook.
- While you are signed in: the pages and homes you open and how long you spend on each page, the homes and searches you save and when you come back, shown to Suzanne Gallegos so they can help you. Nothing is sent to you because of it. Browsing without signing in is not shown to anyone by name.
- If you switch on emails for a saved search: we email you new homes that match it, at most once a day, until you press Stop these emails in any of them or switch it off on your Saved homes page. Saving a search or signing in never switches these on.
- If you ask to hear when a home drops in price or goes under contract: your email address and that home. Nothing is sent until you press the link in the first email, and every email after it has a link that stops them at once. Your request also goes to the home's agent, since you asked about it.
- What you tell Sloan, the site's AI assistant, in the chat: your name, your home's address and details, your plans and how to reach you, if you give them. It goes to Suzanne Gallegos so an agent can help you, including a home value request, even if you leave before giving a phone or email. Conversations that come to nothing are deleted after 90 days.
- If you turn on the talking video (Talk with Sloan): the text of Sloan's replies is sent to Microsoft, which turns it into her voice, and that voice goes to Simli, which makes the video of her speaking. Nothing you type or say is sent to them, and no microphone is used.
- In your own browser only: the homes you opened and your conversation with Sloan, for 7 days, so you can pick up where you left off. It stays on your device and is not sent anywhere by itself; clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
- We do not buy information about you from anyone.
3. Why, and who sees it
To answer you, to send what you asked for, and to show you what you saved. Your details go to Suzanne Gallegos through ONE. We do not sell or share your personal information. We use service providers only to run the site and send email, and we disclose information only where the law requires it.
4. Your choices
Hearing from Suzanne Gallegos is optional and never needed to send a form. Texts, emails and calls are separate choices. Reply STOP to any text to stop at once, and you can ask to stop emails at any time.
5. See, correct, download or delete your information
Anyone may ask, wherever they live. Use the contact form on this site and say what you would like, or call Suzanne Gallegos at (801) 910-1152. We answer within 45 days. If you signed in, you can also delete your account yourself at once: open Saved homes and choose Delete my account. That removes your email, every home you saved and every search you saved. If you signed in with Facebook, deleting your information also removes what the sign-in shared.
6. Signing in
A sign-in shares only what is listed in part 2, and signing in is not agreeing to marketing. You can remove this site's access at any time in your Facebook or Google account settings (Apps and websites).
7. Home listings
Listings come from UtahRealEstate.com and are shown under its rules, with the listing brokerage named on each one.
8. Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
